Rachel Lei was born and raised in Houston, and she has always been interested in helping people. While attending the University of Houston, she worked at a community center as an after-school tutor, and in the summers she worked as a camp counselor for at risk children. Upon graduating with a BS in Psychology in 2008, she was then hired at the Menninger Clinic as a mental health counselor working on various units before ultimately joining the OCD team. Rachel is currently attending UTMB's School of Nursing program and is expected to graduate in April, 2012. Her interests include art, studying, and board games.
