Our behavior therapists provide cognitive-behavioral outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer thorough diagnostic assessments of OCD, anxiety, depression, or other symptoms, as well as individual outpatient therapy (45 minute or 90 minute sessions) provided by our behavior therapists. We also offer reduced fee outpatient therapy provided by our practicum students.
Outpatient services may include the following:
- Behavior and goal planning to promote continued practice at home
- Clinician assisted exposure and response prevention
- In vivo exposures or imaginal exposures
- In-home visits (as needed)
- Family interventions to reduce accommodation (as needed)
- Consultation with schools (as needed)
- Consultation with clergy (as needed for scrupulosity)

Our Richmond location:
If your appointment is at the Richmond location parking is available on the Richmond and Yupon sides of the building in two parking lots. There is additionally ample parking available on Yupon street.
Waiting Area
Our offices are located on the second floor in suite 250. There is a waiting area inside the suite. Please feel free to wait there until your behavior therapist or other staff member greets you.
Our Castle Court location:
If your appointment is at our Castle Court location parking is available limited parking is available on the left side of our driveway (please be mindful not to block the driveway). There is also ample street parking on Castle Court and Yupon Street.
