The outpatient clinic at the Houston OCD Program provides a wide range of evidence based treatments, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy services for anxiety, phobias and depression. Our expert therapists are specialized in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families and couples. Each skillful therapist caters to the needs of the individual within an evidence-based approach.
We offer psychotherapy for a broad range of psychological concerns including:
Anxiety Disorders:
• Generalized Anxiety Disorder• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder• Social Anxiety• Specific Phobias such as fear of flying, fear of spiders, etc.• Panic Disorder• Post-Traumatic Stress DisorderDepression and Other Disorders:
• Adjustment Disorder• Depression• Interpersonal and relationship issuesOC Spectrum Disorders:
• Health Anxiety/ Hypochondriasis• Body Dysmorphic Disorder• Tic Disorder (Tourette’s Disorder)• Trichotillomania• Compulsive Skin PickingOutpatient services may include:

Our Richmond location:
If your appointment is at the Richmond location parking is available on the Richmond and Yupon sides of the building in two parking lots. There is also ample parking available on Yupon street.
Waiting Area
Our offices are located on the second floor in suite 250. There is a waiting area inside the suite. Please feel free to wait there until your behavior therapist or other staff member greets you.
Our Castle Court location:
If your appointment is at our Castle Court location parking is available limited parking is available on the left side of our driveway (please be mindful not to block the driveway). There is also ample street parking on Castle Court and Yupon Street.
